Henan Yaxin Kiln Co., Ltd., as the vice chairman unit of China Wall Materials Science Information Network (www.brick-tile.com), is a professional kiln design and construction company for the wall material industry. We have obtained 12 China invention patents and China national practical new-type patents for Mobile Rotary Tunnel Kiln of Energy-saving, Environmental-friendly, High Production Capacity and Less Energy Consumption, and we are the first and the only one company who has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certificates in China's wall material industry by now.
With Class A design and construction qualification for building materials industry and manufacturing license qualification of kiln flu gas purification equipment, we are specialized in the design and construction of tunnel kilns for concrete bricks, prefabricated tunnel kiln with steel structure, mobile rotary tunnel kilns. With 20 subordinate enterprises of kiln research, machinery manufacturing and kiln construction, we have strong technical and construction power, with 8 chief engineers, 32 senior engineers, 60 technicians, and more than 1,000 construction engineers.
It has landed in Vietnam, Cambodia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Zimbabwe and other countries in Central Asia, East Asia, Africa and other countries, and successfully integrated into the national "the Belt and Road" development strategy. At the same time, utilizing the current over 60 technology patents, improving supporting systems, enhancing innovation capabilities, integrating research and development, manufacturing, application, and service, we aim to create two major systems: intelligent DCS electrical control and industrial robot operation, guiding more capital to enter and serve the industry and the world.
