Tunnel kilns, due to their high efficiency, energy saving, and continuous production capabilities, have become indispensable firing equipment in modern industry. The products they can process mainly include the following categories:

Sintered bricks and building materials: Clay bricks, shale bricks, coal gangue bricks, etc., with firing temperatures typically ranging from 900 to 1100℃, and daily output reaching 100,000 to 300,000 bricks (refer to the "Design Specification for Tunnel Kilns in the Brick and Tile Industry"). The uniform heating characteristics of tunnel kilns can significantly reduce the scrap rate.

Ceramic products: Daily-use porcelain (bowls, plates), sanitary ceramics (toilets, washbasins), building ceramics (tiles), with a wide firing temperature range (1200~1400℃), especially suitable for large-scale standardized production.

Refractory materials: High-alumina bricks, magnesia bricks, silica bricks, etc., requiring high-temperature firing (1500~1800℃). Tunnel kilns can stably maintain a high-temperature environment, ensuring the corrosion resistance and strength of the materials.
