First, change the stacking method of the billets, adding heads in the middle and lower parts, reducing the number of ducts, and lowering the height of the kiln legs. This measure is especially suitable for situations where the kiln stacking method has not been changed with seasonal changes, and is particularly applicable to manufacturers who still use the high kiln legs used in summer during winter.

Second, lower the operating height near the gate to slow down the cooling rate of the bottom of the insulation strip.

Third, appropriately extend the insulation strip to extend the distance and time of air supply.

Fourth, if the insulation strip cools too quickly due to excessive cold air intake, reduce the amount of cold air intake to slow down the cooling rate of the insulation strip.

Fifth, add small amounts of ash frequently, and re-fire the rear section. Alternatively, add furnace ash through the fire hole in front of the first row of insulation strips to "block the rear air".
