Burner Selection and Installation
The selection of burners in gas-fired kilns varies depending on the kiln structure. For industrial kilns with special structures, such as brick kilns and tunnel kilns, nozzles with power ratings of 90kW, 150kW, or 230kW are typically used. Due to the need for a large number of burners, a single kiln may be equipped with dozens or even hundreds of burners; therefore, multiple low-power burners are often used to complete the thermal engineering.

Other Key Components
In addition to burners, gas-fired kilns also require measuring and regulating devices, such as gas flow meters, pressure gauges, and thermometers, to ensure safety and efficiency. Combustion regulating devices are also essential; they control the amount of gas and air entering the furnace to precisely control the furnace temperature, furnace pressure, and furnace atmosphere. To improve the furnace's thermal efficiency, waste heat recovery devices are usually employed. These devices recover heat from the flue gas, for example, by installing gas and air preheating devices, waste heat boilers, and material preheating devices. Strengthening the insulation of furnaces and pipelines can also effectively improve thermal efficiency.
